Veteran software services executive Paul Zymba joins rapidly growing enterprise aPaaS leader

PaulBOSTON July 17, 2014 – Mendix, the enterprise app platform as a service company, today announced the hiring of Paul Zymba as its new Vice President of Customer Success. Zymba joins Mendix after a successful tenure at Veracode, where he was responsible for global professional services, including Consulting, Customer Support, Service Delivery and Customer Success Management. While at Veracode, Paul created a Customer Success Program that earned the company recognition in a 2013 Gartner Magic Quadrant report.

At Mendix, Zymba will have global responsibility for the entire post-sales spectrum and build out a scalable, high-performing consulting, support and customer success organization. His goal is to make every customer successful, maintain high customer satisfaction rates and cultivate product evangelists through a focus on customer intimacy, consistent service and maximizing the business impact of the Mendix App Platform.
