Developers, Developers, Developers

The R&D division of Mendix is looking for talented developers to expand its team. Our primary environments are the Java stack, the dotNet framework and browser-based JavaScript. Though we don’t expect you to have an extensive history with any of these, we prefer that applicants have a solid grounding in Object-Oriented and/or Functional programming techniques.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with user-interaction in applications
  • Experience with unix-based systems
  • Familiarity with source-code control systems in a shared environment
  • Experience with Internet-style scalability problems
  • Test-driven development methodologies
  • Security experience in development and/or auditing

- (Inside) Sales representatives

About the job:

For our Cambridge (USA) office, we are looking for an Inside Sales Executive who can quickly and efficiently identify, qualify and drive new leads into the sales funnel. The Inside Sales Executive will have responsibility for meeting monthly lead and opportunity targets. Working directly with the Vice-President of the Sales, the Inside Sales Executive will be engaged in the company’s lead generation campaigns. The Inside Sales Executive will be expected to spend the majority of his/her time to build a robust pipeline.

- Content Marketing Manager

Location: Rotterdam (Europe) and/or Boston (USA)

Role Description:
As  Content Manager, you will have a pivotal role in a fast-growing and highly ambitious company, managing and coordinating all the different types of content published on the Mendix website and blogs. You will be monitoring the blogosphere, the Mendix Community and Twitter stream and keeping the team up to date on emerging trends. You will be required to monitor and update existing copy, as well as produce and publish new and original content.

You have a keen interest in and good knowledge of B2B marketing, especially in the enterprise software industry. You have experience writing, editing and producing compelling content, effectively using the latest web 2.0 technologies (blogs, webinars, YouTube). You are well organized, with strong editorial and writing skills, and show initiative, enthusiasm and integrity.

As a junior consultant, you will support our partners and work with our customers to find out what their needs are. You will make an analysis of their requirements and advise them accordingly. Together with your project team, you will be responsible for the implementation of the system.

Trainer / Opleidingscoördinator (Dutch)
