Enterprise Application Platform as a Service Leader Adding Space to Support New Hiring and Meet Projected Triple-Digit Growth in 2013

BOSTON – May 30, 2013 – Mendix, the app platform company for the enterprise, today announced the opening of a new, expanded office in The Netherlands along with plans to double the size of its corporate headquarters space in Boston.

Mendix moved into its new Rotterdam location recently, expanding into a 20,000-square-foot space on the top floor of the new Gedempte Zalmhaven 4K office tower next to Rotterdam’s iconic Erasmus Bridge. Mendix doubled the number of work spaces in its European headquarters in Rotterdam to meet the demands for the Mendix App Platform by companies looking to increase the speed and efficiency of app delivery.

Mendix also has embarked on an initiative to add more space in Boston in the next few months. The company is located in the Innovation District near the Fort Point Channel, and is looking to double the size of its space to accommodate continued growth of its headquarters employees. Staff doubled in 2012 and is expected to continue to grow extensively, with more than 20 new hires anticipated in Boston in the next 4-5 months.
