Mendix seeks a proven Alliance Manager with the knowledge and experience to develop and grow consulting and technology company partnerships across the Benelux. This critical role will expand existing relationships, grow new ones and be a thought leader for partner programs to help scale Mendix presence in the enterprise & commercial markets. Sales driven leaders will reap large rewards with a mix of sales commission (direct and influenced revenue) and bonuses for attaining strategic objectives during partnership building periods.

- Serve as a key member of the Business Development team in helping to drive overall Mendix market and technical strategy
- Direct strategy and business development plan for consulting and platform technology companies for direct and indirect channel revenue across targeted industry verticals
- Execute the strategic business development plan while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g. leadership, sales & service teams, legal, support, etc.) to ensure its successful implementation
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to recruit partners, establish deep go-to-market partnerships with executive-level commitment and drive execution at all levels of partners to meet/exceed revenue goals
- Understand the technical requirements of our partners and work closely with the internal development teams to guide the direction of our product offerings
- Facilitate partner technical training and perform partners sales training to ensure smooth execution and great customer experiences
- Develop and execute annual partnership business plans that set a vision for accelerating a strategic and profitable long-term relationship
- The territory will be Benelux with expansion opportunities to EMEA.
- 10+ years of enterprise software business development, strategic partners, or program/product management experience
- Strong executive presence to represent Mendix to develop deep executive-level relationships in the world's most sophisticated, leading technology companies
- Proven ability to manage enterprise sales cycles, orchestrating technical resources and managing influence channel sales models in collaboration with direct sales teams
- Outstanding collaboration skills for cross-company partnerships and building trust while driving activity through influence
- Ability to develop game-changing strategic partnership plans and communicating 360 view of partnership opportunities to senior leadership
- Proven industry sector knowledge of cloud services fundamentals and the PaaS competitive landscape
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred, MBA a plus
