As a senior frontend developer, you’ll contribute to the development of the Mendix Modeler, our web-based IDE, creating high-tech software with an easy to use interface. You will use your excellent Javascript/Typescript skills to deliver new features and improve product quality.

Our team loves to actively follow developments in the professional field, to experiment and try out crazy ideas. We use modern libraries and tools like React, NodeJS, and Docker, we care about open standards, and we’re also a big fan of Test Driven Development. We’re constantly improving our Continuous Integration process, which monitors the quality of our product and makes the lives of our developers and testers easier.

You could be our new team member if:

  • You’re fluent in Javascript/Typescript and other modern frontend techniques, and you’re also not afraid of other languages and technologies.

About Mendix

We're a company that creates software to create software. We started off building a modeling environment (let's say it was like Ruby on Rails meets Visio), but we have since evolved to support the entire software development lifecycle. From creating software to automatic deployments to ticketing, we offer it all. This brings on a ton of cool challenges: we get to tackle the fundamental CS problems and solve them in new ways.
We're open to using the latest tech as long as it's a good match. Every month, we have crafting days when developers are invited to work on whatever they want.
