As a registrant, will I receive a refund?
Yes, all Mendix World registration purchases will be refunded via the original form of payment. If you have questions about your refund after March 31, 2020, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org – we promise to respond within 24 hours to all inquiries we get on this email address.
Will Mendix World be rescheduled to another date?
We have no plans to reschedule our live event in 2020. While it is disappointing not to gather in Rotterdam this year, we are excited to explore online and regional experiences throughout the year. Stay tuned for additional updates!
When will the next Mendix World conference happen?
We intend to continue holding Mendix World annually. Due to the impact of COVID-19, we will have to wait one more year! We will be announcing our 2021 dates soon.
Will I get access to the session content from Mendix World 2020?
Yes! Please sign up for more information on how the content will be shared.
Will I get a refund for my sponsorship?
Sponsors will have the option for a full refund OR move commitments to a priority booth selection at Mendix World 2021. We will reach out to all sponsors by Monday, March 16, to start this process.
Will I be able to get my airline/hotel reservation refunded?
Unfortunately, we don’t have information on the cancellation and refund policies of individual airlines. However, many airlines are updating their cancellation terms due to fast-changing conditions so it may be possible for you to claim a refund. Please reach out to the airline or hotel directly to request a refund or credit for future travel.
