Mendix Commits to Strong Growth in Europe with Appointment of Rob Van Lubek as Senior Vice President for EMEA
BOSTON – SEPTEMBER 3, 2019 – Mendix, a Siemens business and the global leader in low-code and no-code application development for the enterprise, today announced the appointment of Rob Van Lubek as senior vice president for EMEA. Rob will report to Eric Erston, Mendix’s chief revenue officer.
In this newly created role, Rob will be responsible for go-to-market functions across EMEA, as well as leading the regional approach to marketing and devising growth strategies to build on the triple digit growth we’re experiencing in the UK/I and DACH regions.
Van Lubek brings 20 years of IT industry experience, specializing in information and data, with deep experience executing growth strategies across EMEA, including UKI, the Nordics, eastern Europe, Switzerland, and Austria. Prior to joining Mendix, Van Lubek was the Area Vice President for Northwest Europe at Commvault. Van Lubek also spent many years leading sales teams at EMC.
