Going digital with Dubai Municipality: Paperless processes at scale



Dubai Municipality set lofty goals for 2021 – looking for a complete revamp of their website, automation of all e-services, and going completely paperless. With a population of over 3 million citizens, the city was facing challenges such as complicated user experiences, along with an outdated website design, absence of unified smart UAE Pass login, scattered data, and nearly 200 limited services lacking complete automation. Dubai Municipality partnered with RapidData to build a series of internal and external portals as well as mobile applications to deliver on their digital transformation goals.
