Koert is the VP of R&D application development at Mendix. The R&D unit at Mendix builds the Studio and Studio Pro products, including the web, mobile and runtime components. Koert has 20+ years’ experience in the product software and SaaS industry working for various leading enterprise software companies in The Netherlands, and he spent 4 years in Hyderabad, India setting up a development center there that grew to 100+ people. Koert has earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics with a specialization in Information Systems Management from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
