Creating an IAM solution to empower customers and enable compliance and control

De Goudse, a Dutch insurance company which offers a range of products to business and consumer markets, recognized the value of involving customers in their digital business processes to improve customer satisfaction. However, managing the varied access rights of all their external users, including the users managed by their partners and customers, presented several sets of access challenges.
