Premier global Mendix event to take place April 3-4, 2014, in Rotterdam

BOSTON and Rotterdam, NL – September 19, 2013 – Mendix, the app platform company for the enterprise, today announced Mendix World 2014, its premier global event for users, customers, partners, and IT professionals. Mendix World 2014 will take place April 3-4, 2014, at the legendary Cruise Terminal in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

Mendix World 2014 will deliver cutting-edge insight and best practices for CIOs, IT managers, developers and app professionals at the intersection of  fast-moving markets, such as application platform as a service (aPaaS), enterprise app platforms, agile development, mobile and cloud.  The event program will feature a mix of keynotes, customer and partner case studies, best-practice workshops and discussions led by industry experts.  Mendix customers, partners and users will also receive an update on Mendix’s product strategy and vision.

Mendix World 2014 will be hosted at the famous Cruise Terminal in Rotterdam, NL, which was used by the legendary “Holland-America line” between 1873 and 1970. Since then the old grandeur of the times of transatlantic cruise ships has been updated to a modern conference center. The Cruise Terminal is one of the city’s most remarkable buildings with great views of the city, the river and the iconic Erasmus Bridge.
