Pink Elephant strengthens presence in South Africa with Mendix Center of Excellence

BOSTON and NAARDEN, Netherlands – October 2, 2014 – Mendix, the enterprise app platform as a service company, and Pink Elephant, the international business innovator and consultancy, today announced an expanded strategic partnership. Building upon its existing Mendix implementation services and industry solutions, Pink Elephant is expanding its South African operations with a Mendix Center of Excellence to better support local application development and delivery needs.

Pink Elephant has been an active Mendix partner for several years, offering implementation services to help clients quickly deliver custom Mendix applications. The company has also built repeatable industry solutions on the Mendix App Platform, such as Claims2020, a business app platform for claims management. Building upon this track record of success, Pink Elephant is adding a Mendix Center of Excellence to its South African organization. The company is expanding its team of local Mendix experts in the areas of implementation, support and sales to expand the resources available to support Mendix projects and apps.
