How Schiphol Airport powers their workforce with a native mobile application
As a major travel hub, every day at Schiphol Airport is hectic. A highly dedicated team of people run the day-to-day operations in the terminals managing tasks from crowd management to safety to terminal maintenance. The team at Schiphol was looking to gain better insight into what was happening on the work floor as information was often lost in incomplete paperwork, oral transmission, or inadequate and tedious administration. Schiphol partnered with Ordina to develop a native mobile application which would better arm employees while simultaneously collecting data which would reduce process inefficiency.
