Mendix Quarterly ISV Update: New Partnerships with Seidor, Additive Earth, InsureMO & a new solution for rod lift design by Bonjoy

BOSTON (USA) – January 16, 2024 — Mendix, a Siemens business, today released the October – December 2023 update for its ISV Partner Programme. The programme empowers organisations, including startups and established software vendors, to capitalise on low-code development to increase time-to-revenue for their organisation and time-to-value for their customers.

With Seidor, Additive Earth, InsureMO and Bonjoy, the programme enables new tailored solutions for various industries and use cases, including manufacturing, ERP, sustainability, and insurance. The programme’s effectiveness is demonstrated by Bonjoy, who used low-code to build a cloud-native solution for rod lift design.

  • Low-code making environmental monitoring a breeze with Additive Earth

Additive Earth creates tech solutions that help businesses drive the transition towards a sustainable future. Being part of the programme allows Additive Earth to create a comprehensive portfolio of products focused on environmental monitoring and supporting the acceleration of sustainable aquaculture. The company will use Mendix’s low-code platform to create a user-friendly interface on top of multiple data streams from IOT devices, allowing Additive Earth to create specific experiences for each of its customers.

  • Low-code for enterprise resource planning with Seidor

Seidor, a technology consultancy that offers a comprehensive portfolio of innovation, customer experience, ERP, analytics, employee experience, cloud, workplace and cybersecurity solutions and services, joined the programme to test the low-code capabilities for enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. With Mendix, Seidor plans to build a cost-efficient, cloud-native, fast-to-implement solution that automates billing, including for subscription and consumption-based models.

  • InsureMO and low-code ensure a bright future for insurance

InsureMO, a highly advanced insurance middle cloud-native insurance infrastructure platform, partners with Mendix to help customers easily scale their resources up and down to handle large volumes of data and transactions with a reliable and secure platform providing connectivity to the entire insurance ecosystem. Customers can connect to Mendix applications and existing client systems, such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Billing, and Claims management apps, amongst others, without the need to replace their core system.

  • Bonjoy’s RodSim Redefines the Simulation Landscape

Bonjoy, the software solution provider and Mendix’s ISV partner, used low-code technology to build RodSim, the next-generation rod lift design and simulation software. It brings the design process to a cloud-based environment, improving collaboration, response time, and design quality.

The platform helps engineers move from doing just one simulation per oil well to doing more than 100,000 simulations easily. This opens up many new opportunities to make operations more efficient and improve oil wells, reducing response times and making the quality of designs better.’

The Mendix Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Partner Program provides the tools, Intellectual Property (IP) protection, and marketplace to enable its partners to build and monetise commercial software atop the Mendix platform. Mendix Marketplace includes connectors, feature modules, vertical industry templates, app services, widgets, other components and packaged business capabilities that accelerate application development.

“As Mendix is an integral part of Siemens Xcelerator, the open digital business platform that accelerates digital transformation, Mendix ISV partners can also benefit from offering their solutions and components in the Siemens Xcelerator Marketplace”, adds Jethro Borsje, Chief Ecosystems Officer at Mendix.

The ISV program currently consists of 85 partners worldwide, spanning several regions such as The Americas, Europe, the Middle East, South Africa, and Asia. Learn more about the Mendix ISV Partner Programme.
